Registration & Payment
All registrations include a $180 non-refundable deposit to secure your space. This deposit is applied toward your total gathering cost.
Your registration is not considered complete until payment is received.
Payment Options
Pay in Full — $555
Total of $555, due at the time of registration. Receive a Pay-in-Full Gift at check-in. A $180 portion is a non-refundable deposit that secures your space.
Cancellation Policy
Due to advance financial commitments and the limited capacity of this gathering, the following terms apply:
- On or before August 15 — a refund of all payments made, minus the $180 non-refundable deposit.
- August 16 – September 15 — a 50% refund of total payments made, minus the $180 deposit.
- After September 15 — no refunds will be issued.
Transfer Policy
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to someone on the waitlist, or to someone you identify. All transfers must be approved by the organizers and completed by October 10.

This gathering is designed to be a shared, intentional experience. By registering, you agree to:
- Be present for the full gathering
- Engage respectfully with facilitators and participants
- Honor the collective space created within the group
At the same time, you are encouraged to honor your personal needs throughout the experience.
