Registration & Payment
All registrations include a $180 non-refundable deposit to secure your space. This deposit is applied toward your total gathering cost.
Your registration is not considered complete until payment — deposit or full payment — is received. If you select the payment plan, all scheduled payments must be made on time to maintain your reservation.
Payment Options
Pay in Full — $555
Total of $555, due at the time of registration. Save $50 and receive a Pay-in-Full Gift at check-in.
Payment Plan — $605 (limited availability)
A $180 non-refundable deposit is due at registration, followed by two automatic payments of $212.50 charged on September 1 and October 1. Payment-plan spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy
Due to advance financial commitments and the limited capacity of this gathering, the following terms apply:
- On or before August 15 — a refund of all payments made, minus the $180 non-refundable deposit.
- August 16 – September 15 — a 50% refund of total payments made, minus the $180 deposit.
- After September 15 — no refunds will be issued.
Transfer Policy
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to someone on the waitlist, or to someone you identify. All transfers must be approved by the organizers and completed by October 10.
Payment Responsibility
By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your registration and payments made.
