A Restorative Gathering

Reclaiming
Black Girl Magic.

An invitation to return to yourself, to stillness, and to a deeper sense of connection.

CohortWest Point Women

A space to pause, be held, and reconnect
with what often gets set aside.

Created for Black West Point women, this experience offers space to step away from the demands of daily life and into an environment that is intentional, restorative, and rooted in care.

Over three days, we move through a guided journey — beginning with remembering our lineage and reclaiming our ancestral connections, creating space to bloom through practices of rest and resilience, and drawing on the power of community to step into the fullness of our voice.

There will be time for stillness and solitude, as well as opportunities to gather, reflect, and engage in ways that feel both grounding and expansive.

"This is not about becoming something new.
It is about reclaiming what has always been yours."

For women ready to step away from the noise.

This gathering is especially aligned for those who feel called to pause, reflect, and realign — and who value environments that are thoughtfully curated and grounded.

Glenda Wrenn Gordon, MD, MSHP, DFAPA
Psychiatrist · Facilitator

She is a lifelong student of resilience. Her journey has been shaped by experiences of both profound challenge and deep grace. From her years at West Point, to surviving a near-fatal accident that transformed her understanding of purpose, to decades of accompanying individuals and communities through healing and growth, and her most recent journey as an end-of-life caregiver to her siblings and parents—she has personally embodied real-time resilience as a lifelong practice.

As a psychiatrist and healthcare system change agent, Glenda has worked at the intersection of mental health, equity, leadership, and human flourishing. Whether serving veterans, strengthening communities, or leading innovative behavioral health initiatives, she is guided by a belief that healing begins when people reconnect with their inherent worth, wisdom, and capacity for transformation.

As a facilitator, Glenda creates space for honest reflection, courageous conversation, and embodied spiritual grounding. Informed by the evidence-based science of human flourishing and rooted in her lived experience, she is a master in the art of helping others cultivate resilience, live with intention, and align their lives with what matters most. She lives in Georgia with her husband and four children where she finds joy and renewal in faith, family, community, and service.
